When will we receive our photos and video?

  • Photos will be delivered via a final online gallery within 8–12 weeks.

  • Video delivery takes up to 12 weeks, and the final film will be delivered within that timeframe.

Do you provide venue, vendor recommendations, or timeline advice before booking?

To ensure fairness and clarity, we do not provide venue or vendor recommendations, nor timeline advice prior to contract confirmation.

Once your booking is secured, we’re happy to fully support you with guidance, recommendations, and timeline review as part of our service.

How far in advance should we book? How long do we have to decide after the meeting?

There is no required timeline for making your decision—you’re welcome to book whenever you feel ready.

That said, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability can change quickly.

If another inquiry comes in for the same date, we may not always be able to provide advance notice.

For this reason, we recommend securing your date as soon as you’re confident in your decision.

How much retouching is included?

At Andyworks Studio, we provide high-end, Korean-style professional retouching, including:

  • Skin and body retouching

  • Proportion adjustments (when needed)

  • Wrinkle removal on clothing

  • Background cleanup and refinements

Our goal is to deliver polished, magazine-quality images while keeping everything natural and timeless.

How much direction do you give during the shoot?

  • We prioritize capturing moments naturally without interrupting the flow of your wedding.

  • During portrait sessions and wedding party photos, we provide clear and confident direction to help you look your best.

Do you shoot film, digital, or both?

  • Film photography is included in specific packages.

  • Film can also be added as an optional add-on.

Who will be photographing our wedding day?

  • Andy (studio owner) will personally photograph your wedding.

  • We do not outsource or send substitute photographers.

Do you work with a consistent team?

Yes. We work with a trusted videographers who shares the same passion, professionalism, and artistic vision.

Their talent and work ethic consistently impress us—and we confidently recommend them.

Do we need to schedule a Zoom meeting before booking?

A Zoom meeting is not required for booking.

We offer Zoom consultations for couples who feel aligned with our style and pricing and would like a more personalized discussion before moving forward.

What does the payment schedule look like?

  • A 30% retainer is required to secure your date.

  • Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the wedding day.

Can we request specific shots or moments?

Absolutely.

If you have must-have shots or inspiration images, please share them in advance.

We’ll do our best to incorporate them seamlessly into your wedding day.
