Let’s talk and get to know each other.
We’ll schedule a call (or meet in person if you’re local!) to dive deeper into your day, your style, and what matters most to you. We’ll answer all your questions and go over packages, availability, and more.
06. Sneak peeks
A quick glimpse of the magic.
You’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks within 24–48hours — perfect for sharing the excitement while the full story is being crafted.
05. The big day 📷
You enjoy the moment — we’ll capture it all.
We’ll show up early, ready to shoot with intention and heart. All you have to do is soak in every moment. We’ll be quietly documenting the magic as it unfolds.
04. Plan & prep together 🗂
Timeline, locations, and creative ideas.
As your date approaches, we’ll help with the photography timeline, shot list suggestions, location ideas, and other tips to make sure everything flows smoothly.
03. Lock it in with a contract 🖋
Officially become an Andyworks couple.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a simple online contract and retainer invoice. Once signed and paid, your date is officially reserved. Let’s get excited!

07. Your Online Gallery 📷
Once your wedding is beautifully edited, we’ll send you a private online gallery to view, download, and share your photos with loved ones.
This process typically takes 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and volume — but we promise it’s worth the wait. ✨
You’ll be notified as soon as it’s ready, and we’ll walk you through how to use everything.
