From our first conversation to the final gallery delivery, a typical wedding experience (including the engagement session, shooting, culling, editing, communication, and beyond) involves 45–60+ hours of focused, heartfelt work.

But this isn’t just about taking photos — it’s about storytelling with care and precision. Every step is intentional, and your memories are worth every second.

We handle every part of the process with love and attention — because you deserve nothing less.

Our Wedding Process

  • 1. Backup & Protection

    Immediately after the wedding, all raw photos are backed up to multiple hard drives and the cloud to ensure nothing is ever lost.

  • 2. Photo Selection (Culling)

    We go through thousands of photos one by one, carefully selecting the best moments — the ones with genuine emotion, perfect light, and natural expressions. Only the most meaningful shots make it to the next stage.

  • 3. Editing & Retouching

    Each selected image is edited with a consistent, timeless color tone that fits your story. We enhance light, color, and contrast while preserving natural skin tones and real moments. This process takes time — it’s detailed and intentional.

  • 4. Highlight Selection

    Out of the full set, we carefully curate a smaller set of highlight images (around 100–150) that tell the full story from start to finish. These are featured first in your online gallery for easy sharing with loved ones.

  • 5. Gallery Delivery

    Once everything is edited and polished, we upload your final gallery. You’ll receive a link where you can view, download, and share all your high-resolution images.

  • 6. Sharing & Appreciation

    With your permission, we may share a few of your highlight images on Instagram and tag the amazing vendors who helped bring your day together — building a supportive creative community around your celebration.

    As a heartfelt thank-you, we also offer special gifts for sharing your experience or referring friends — like additional edited images or a complimentary photo album when a friend books with us.
