All photographs delivered by Andyworks Studio are protected by U.S. copyright law.

Usage Rights

Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to download, share, and print the images for personal use only.

Commercial use, publication, or use by third parties (brands, vendors, media, etc.) is not permitted without prior written consent.

Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Andyworks Studio.

Andyworks Studio reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Image Delivery & Storage

Online galleries are provided for client convenience and are available for a limited time.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files. Andyworks Studio is not responsible for loss of files after gallery expiration.

Editing & Style

All images are edited in Andyworks Studio’s signature style.

Requests for additional retouching or style changes may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver the highest quality work, Andyworks Studio’s liability is limited to the amount paid under the agreement.
