Your Journey with Andyworks

Step by Step

1
Right After Booking · If Booked With Us
Engagement Session Scheduling
If you're doing an engagement session with us, we'll coordinate a date and concept together. Not everyone does one — it's completely optional — so this step only applies if you've booked a session with us. No rush; just start thinking about the vibe you want.
2
1~2 Months Before
Timeline Draft & Review
Once you (or your coordinator) have a working draft of your wedding-day timeline, send it over to me. I'll review it and suggest adjustments for lighting, portraits, and pacing — so every key moment is set up to be captured beautifully. If you don't have a coordinator or need help putting your timeline together, just let me know — I'll send you a timeline guide to walk you through it.
3
~1 Month Before
Timeline Review Meeting
A 30-minute Zoom call to go through your timeline together and talk about the moments that matter most. We'll walk through the key shots you're dreaming of, how we'll capture them, and what the two of you most want to remember from the day. Bring any reference photos you love — this is where we shape the details that bring your gallery to life.
4
~2 Weeks Before
Final Checklist
A final checklist of everything to have ready — rings, flat lay items, dress preparation, bouquet arrival time, and emergency contacts. You'll find it in your guide link, so just look it over and gather everything before the day.
5
The Big Day
Wedding Day
Everything is in place. Your only job is to be present and enjoy every single moment. We'll take care of the rest.

Your Next Steps

A Few Things to Start Thinking About

Review your invoice — confirm payment schedule and remaining balance.
Engagement session — start thinking about dates, locations, and the vibe you want. We'll send a separate prep guide.
Collect references — save photos on Pinterest or Instagram that match your vision. Any format works.
Family photo list — begin thinking about which family groupings you want. We'll organize it together later.
Sunset time at your venue — knowing this helps us build the best possible timeline for golden hour portraits.
